Baby album using DCWV Preppy princess papers
Vanakam guys,
God! It feels like ages since I last posted. Hurt my back and couldn't craft for a couple of months coz of it. I'm finally back on track.
Made a baby girl mini album using the DCWV Preppy Princess paper collection. I have to say it guys, the paper collection is just gorgeous. I instantly fell in love with the papers. It has soft subtle colors.
Made this album for my niece as her first birthday gift from me. It was a last minute project, wish I had more time to decorate the album some more
I could not to a good job in taking pictures this time, I was in a hurry and took the pics at my mom's place with low light so the pictures are not how I would want.
It is a 9.5"x10.5" chipboard mini album with 14 pages.
I used Heartfelt creations Ornate pocket dies, Spellbinders Scalloped edge dies and Martha Stewart Lace heart border punch throughout the album to make the album even more beautiful.
Used a cut apart from the paper collection to decorate the front cover. Used two chipboard corner pieces and colored them using Inka gold.
I have used lace from www.madrasbazaar.com to use on the spine. I adhered two laces strategically to look like one. I really liked the outcome of it.
This is the back cover, I have used the same laces as the front.
The album has pics of my brother with his little girl and wife. They were not comfortable in sharing their pics online, so made a collage of the pages here. I apologize for the poor quality of the photos. Like I said, I couldn't get better pics as I was in a very tight time frame.
Thanks for taking time to hop into my blog guys. Means a lot. Will be back with yet another gorgeous project guys.
Until next time......
